Yes, our trainers are all qualified Paramedics that have vast experience in the emergency prehospital medical environment. There are no questions our trainers cant answer!
Absolutely Not! Our sessions are dynamic, hands on and focus on building your confidence while practising in life-like scenario’s.
All nationally recognised courses through our RTO, Allens Training Pty Ltd include a PDF Statement of Attainment. Hard copies on request.
Under the new unit requirements, CPR must be demonstrated on the floor for an uninterrupted period of 2 minutes. See https://training.gov.au/Training/Details/HLTAID003 and look under ‘Assessment Requirements’ for verification
You need to make a booking in advance with a Credit/Debit card or Paypal. However pay on the day can be made by request.
Sorry, we do not accept Money orders or cheques. We do accept Visa and MasterCard, Credit and Debit cards from all banks.

We are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for their 1-day classes or decide at a later date after booking that that they do not want to attend. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 48 hours of the class commencing. Please refer to cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.
There is a short 15 minute break and a lunch break. The time and length of the lunch break is up to the trainer on the day. It will depend on the class size and the flow of the course on the day.
Yes, you still have to attend the entire day, as CPR is incorporated throughout the course and not in one block.
It is up to your Human Resources Department to assign you courses. For most companies our one day course HLTAID003 Provide First Aid is what is required. You will receive these 3 units on your Statement of Attainment:• HLTAID001 Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation • HLTAID002 Provide basic emergency life support • HLTAID003 Provide first aid
14 years or older is the minimum age, any younger requires a parent/guardian to accompany. Please contact us in relation to this. info@emerprep.com.au
HLTAID003 Provide First Aid is valid for 3 years with HLTAID001 Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation requiring to be refreshed every 12 months.
HLTAID003 Provide First Aid is 4 hours (with precourse study) and HLTAID001 Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation is 2 hours (with precourse study). For group bookings we can change the start times to suit your group.
No, if you have a group we will travel to your location at no extra charge, except mileage.
Senior First Aid is now called HLTAID003 Provide First Aid. This is known as Senior first aid or level 2 first aid. This is a short 4 hour course and includes CPR and Provide First Aid.
Provide first aid HLTAID003, which includes CPR. This 4 hour course suits those doing a refresher as well as beginners.
